Try-on Terms of Use
These terms apply every time you use the "Try on" feature in a shop that uses FitWear. By ticking the box in the try-on window and pressing the button, you accept them and the Try-on Privacy & Biometric Notice.
1. You must be 18 or older
The try-on is only for adults. Our AI providers require that their end users are at least 18 years old. If you are under 18, do not use it.
2. Only your own photo
- Upload only a photo of yourself, with only you in it.
- Never upload a photo of another person (including friends, family or public figures) and never a photo of a child.
- Do not upload nude, sexual, violent or otherwise unlawful images, or images you have no right to use.
3. The result is created by AI
- The try-on image is generated by artificial intelligence. It is an illustration, not a photograph, and may differ from reality in size, fit, colour, fabric, body shape or face.
- Do not rely on it alone for buying decisions; check the shop's size guide.
- Do not share generated images in a way that suggests they are real photos, and never use them to deceive, harass or impersonate anyone.
4. Blocking and limits
A photo can be refused automatically (for example if no face is visible or the content is not allowed). The number of try-ons may be limited by the shop's plan or by a FitWear membership.
5. No guarantee
The try-on is offered free of charge by the shop and without guarantee that it is always available or accurate. Your purchase contract is only with the shop.
